ABC SANCTIONED :
ABC rules and regulations govern the tournament which begins and ends August 9th, 2003.
All state and local association officers, delegates, and other participants of the state jamboree.
All participants shall be required to produce their individual 200
2-2003 ABC membership card at the time of check-in.
A bowler may compete ONCE in this tournament.
Highest sanctioned ABC average based on a minimum of 21 games for the 2002-03 season. If current ABC average as of May 15th 2003, for 21 games or more is 10 or more pins above the previous season average, current average must be used. If no average from previous season, use highest current average as of May 15th, 2003 of 21 or more games. All others bowl scratch. Failure to use proper average or make correction prior to completion of first game shall disqualify score if submitted average is lower than actual average, or base award on submitted average, if it is higher. Provisions of ABC Rules 319D and 319E apply (see rule book).
The handicap will be based on a scratch of 225 pins. One Hundred (100%) per cent of the difference between 225 and the average of the entrant will be the handicap.
Prize fees are returned 100% in prizes. Individuals can win one prize only.
